Mat Pilates
A mat Pilates class focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. Using ankle weights, resistance bands, and traditional Pilates techniques, this full-body workout is designed to sculpt while maintaining mindful alignment and low-impact movement.
Yin Yoga
A grounding yin yoga practice designed to slow the body and calm the mind. In a softly heated room, poses are held for longer periods to support deep stretching, mobility, and nervous system restoration.
